On next March 11^th 2022 afternoon at 4 p.m. C.E.T. the second ARISTOIL PLUS Living Lab session will take place online at the presence of more than 70 participants representing public institutions, research centres, producers, professionals and experts of the olive oil sector, NGOs and citizens.

The second Living Lab meeting is organized in the framework of ARISTOIL PLUS project Living Labs (LLs) which are implemented using a working methodology that allows experimentation and co-creation between end users and the actors involved (quadruple helix) in real life environments. This new meeting will focus on the co-creation of an extra-virgin olive oil bottle collar by the Living Lab community for the identification of healthy extra-virgin olive oil in selling points. The producers who join the ARISTOIL PLUS community by signing of the dedicated protocol will benefit from this initiative and have the opportunity to use the collar for the identification of their healthy extra-virgin olive oil in compliance with EU Reg. 432/2012.

The project Living Lab path will be achieved in three stages and will be organized after the following path:

• First Living Lab held on last February 18^th 2022 which was aimed at presenting the methodology and the quadruple helix agreement as well as sharing of the theoretical knowledge necessary for the creation of the label;
• Second Living Lab to be held on next March 11^th, 2022 which will represent the occasion to practically co-create the label;
• Third Living Lab (date to be defined) aimed at the presentation and co-creation of the developed label and of the healthy olive oil cluster.

All ARISTOIL PLUS Living Labs will be held online. Participation is open to all interested people up to a maximum of 70, which can participate upon registration on the dedicated webform.
