On next Friday March 4th 2022 the first in person training targeted to local producers will take place in Larino (CB), Molise Region.

The training is organized by the ARISTOIL PLUS Italian partners National Olive Oil Towns Association (ANCO) in collaboration with Svi.Med. and will be conducted by an appointed expert of the Italian Olive Producers Consortium (UNAPROL), Annunziato Scaramozzino.

Concerning the event program, this includes an introduction to ARISTOIL PLUS presenting activities and objectives of the project by Federica Romano, ANCO Project Manager, as well as an overview about the Italian olive oil market and a presentation of the ARISTOIL PLUS guidelines for producing healthy olive oil starting from the developed project tool kit and ARISTOMETRO (instrument measuring the level of polyphenols in extra-virgin olive oil). Last but not least, Annunziato Scaramozzino, will present to final beneficiaries the ARISTOIL PLUS hub and the adhesion to the project protocol which will have the aim to create the project community for capitalizing and spreading of project results and objectives, including the healthy extra-virgin olive oil bottle collar to be developed.

A next in person training will be organized around mid of March in Campania region with the same dissemination and training objectives, stay tuned!
